Jeff Rasmussen

Jeff Rasmussen is a part of the 4th generation of family to head operations for The Rasmussen Group. Jeff began working for the family business in 1991 following his graduation from Grandview College.

Jeff manages Jensen’s South Operations and oversees Circle V Specialized. Jeff is a hands on leader who frequents job sites across the country spearheading challenges and troubleshooting solutions.

In 2009, Jeff was integral in completing the Lewisville Lake Toll Bridge, a 90-million dollar project north of the Dallas, TX Metroplex. He also supervised the interstate hauling of natural gas towers and compressors to Wamsutter, WY. Jensen Construction Company’s equipment then erected the towers including 150’ and 175’ structures.

Jeff lives in Johnston, Iowa with his wife and two children.


Brad Peterson

Vice President

Brad has been in the heavy highway construction industry for 33 years.  He came to Jensen Construction’s Tulsa office in 2000, after working for two other bridge contractors.  Since then Brad has been involved in bidding and managing projects throughout Jensen’s territory in the south central United States.  This includes projects in Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Tennessee, Mississippi, Alabama, Texas, and Louisiana.

After graduating high school in Belvidere, Illinois, Brad went on to earn his Civil Engineering degree from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville in 1986.  He immediately went to work as a field engineer, working on bridge and dam projects in Illinois, Iowa, and Louisiana.  Brad met his wife Robin while working on a bridge project in Dubuque, IA.  They have two adult daughters, Alyssa and Carly.  Brad and Robin enjoy spending time with their kids and travelling when they have time.  They currently reside in Owasso, OK.

 

Ryan Cheeseman

Division Manager

Ryan grew up on a farm in Reinbeck, Iowa and started in the heavy highway construction industry while still in high school. After graduation from high school, he studied Construction Engineering at Iowa State University. Through out his college career, Ryan worked for different heavy civil construction companies including Jensen Construction Company.

After graduating from ISU in 2003, Ryan started work for Jensen Construction Company full time. Since then, he has been a part of numerous complicated projects located in Iowa, Texas, Missouri, and Nebraska. Ryan has worked on every aspect of bridge and marine structures with an emphasis on survey, layout and formwork design. He is now involved with estimating and managing Jensen Construction Company’s projects in Iowa, Nebraska, South Dakota and Northern Missouri.

Ryan lives in Ankeny, Iowa with his wife Lacey and three children.
