Jensen Crane Services utilizes the SLAM program as a tool to aid our employee’s in identifying, evaluating and managing potential risks in the workplace. At the start of each shift or as tasks change throughout the work day, employees utilize the SLAM tool to STOP, LOOK, ANALYZE and MANAGE workplace hazards.
