Karl Rasmussen is the Chief Financial Officer of The Rasmussen Group, bringing a blend of financial expertise and operational leadership to the organization. He graduated from the University of San Diego before beginning his career in wealth management, where he developed a strong foundation in financial strategy, investment analysis, and client advisory.

In 2023, Karl returned to The Rasmussen Group to continue building on his family’s legacy in the construction materials industry. He initially worked within the finance division, contributing to financial planning, capital allocation, and strategic initiatives across the company. In addition to his finance responsibilities, Karl served as General Manager of the company’s Texas aggregate division, Viking Aggregates, where he led operations, drove growth, and strengthened the division’s market presence.

In 2026, Karl was named Chief Financial Officer, where he now oversees the company’s financial strategy, performance, and long-term value creation. His leadership reflects a commitment to disciplined financial management, operational excellence, and sustainable growth across all divisions of The Rasmussen Group.
