General Manager - Iowa

Israel joined Concrete Supply in 2020 as a Quality Control Technician while studying at Iowa State University. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Iowa State University and, following graduation, continued his career in Austin, Texas as a Project Manager and Operations Manager in the ready-mix industry. In these roles, he focused on safety, quality, customer service, and supporting strategic acquisitions.

Israel now serves as the General Manager for Concrete Supply’s Iowa plants, where he oversees operations and supports the team in delivering high-quality service to customers. He is passionate about building strong relationships with both customers and drivers while ensuring consistent, top-quality service.
